Creating vault policies
You can use the Create Vault Policy window to create a vault policy. You can then apply these policies to a vault relationship.
Steps 
1.
From the home page, double-click the appropriate storage system.
2.
Expand the Storage Virtual Machines hierarchy in the left navigation pane.
3.
In the navigation pane, select the destination Storage Virtual Machine (SVM) and click Policies > Protection Policies.
4.
Click Create > Vault Policy.
5.
In the Create Vault Policy window, specify the policy name and transfer priority.
Low indicates that the transfer has the least priority and is usually scheduled after normal priority transfers. By default, the priority is set to Normal.
6.
Click Add Comments to add additional comments for the policy.
7.
Specify a SnapMirror label and retention count for the vault policy.
8.
Click Create.
